Conditions of Use

Terms of Use of the Asssociation of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) for this Internet Offer.

1. The AUMA internet offer is specially designed for the location of trade fair data and addresses connected with trade fairs.
   
   
2. The offer is protected by copyright and competition law; it consists of application software and AUMA trade fair data. Any use and exploitation for purposes outside the legal limits, especially the law relating to copyright, is prohibited without the written consent of AUMA and may be subject to penalty.
   Prohibited in particular are
   
   
1. the use of the data in full or in part or of extracts therefrom for commercial utilisation or as an original or aid for the compilation of or addition to directories of any kind or for the alteration of data contained in such directories or for the commercial provision of information
   
   
2. the editing, reproduction, transfer and/or recording on data carriers of any kind for disclosure for other purposes. In particular, the inclusion of AUMA data in Intranet solutions requires the prior consent of AUMA.
   
   
3. No guarantee is given for the correctness and completeness of the data recorded. As dates in particular may be altered, AUMA recommends that you obtain a confirmation from the organiser.
   
   
4. The user himself is responsible for the installation of the software on the computer (plug-in for the fair cost calculator etc.) and for its correct use. Information from AUMA is intended only as an aid to use and provides no grounds for contractual liability.
   
   
5. The Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. (AUMA) is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect use of the software.
   
   
6. German law shall apply.
