No COVID-19 restrictions in hotels and restaurants

Restrictions for hotels or restaurants will no longer apply as of April 3. 

All COVID-19 access restrictions for hotels, restaurants and public transport are lifted in Germany. Proof of vaccination, recovery or a negative test result are not necessary.

When traveling by railroad with Deutsche Bahn FFP2 masks, also known as N95, KN95 or P2 masks, are mandatory until 2 February 2023. A mask may be also mandatory in local trains, urban railways, buses, subways, or streetcar depending on regional provisions. No masks are required​ on airplanes.


Entry Requirements for Trade Fair Participants from Abroad
