The organiser does of course advertise the trade fair, but only the fair itself and not your company’s presence. This is why advertising and public relations are a vital part of your trade fair attendance. This communication follows clearly defined aims:
You should draw attention to your participation in the trade fair as soon as possible!
By putting a corresponding seal on your letterheads, by personally inviting regular customers and interested parties and/or by handing out invitation brochures or vouchers for admission tickets.
You should provide extra draws such as small gifts available at your stand. Above all, you should advertise across various forms of media to reach all potential visitors – using adverts, PR and social media which all emphasise your orientation on the future.
