Step 6: Advertising and public relations

​​​​​​​​​The organiser does of course advertise the trade fair, but only the fair itself and not your company’s presence.​​ This is why advertising and public relations are a vital part of your trade fair attendance. This communication follows clearly defined aims: 

You should draw attention to your participation in the trade fair as soon as possible! 

By putting a corresponding seal on your letterheads, by personally inviting regular customers and interested parties and/or by handing out invitation brochures or vouchers for admission tickets.

​You should provide extra draws such as small gifts available at your stand. Above all, you should advertise across various forms of media to reach all potential visitors – using adverts, PR and social media which all emphasise your orientation on the future.​
