First you need to do some follow-up work. Consistent follow-up work is essential for the sustainable, long-term success of your trade fair presentation. This includes evaluating customer talks: what drew your visitors’ interest most? Did you reach your target group as envisaged by your corporate aims? It is just as important to follow up your new contacts as soon as possible.
Do not make your customers wait too long for any informative literature or documents you promised.
And do not forget to send a thank-you note to your customers!
