Redesign of the AUMA marketing campaign completed
The dates and statistics for more than 250 international and national trade fairs in Germany can be found in the “Trade Fairs Made in Germany 2017” brochure, which AUMA, the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry, has now published in German, English, French, Russian and Spanish. The calendar is intended for interested parties abroad who want to find out about taking part in or visiting trade fairs in Germany. It specifies the name, date and location, organiser and current figures for each trade fair. You can search through the exhibitions using different indexes, by industry, by name or by date.
Another seven language versions will be issued by the end of the year in cooperation with the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad, including Arabic, Chinese, Greek, Korean, Portuguese (Brazilian), Turkish and, once again after a long break, Farsi (Persian). The exhibition calendar is part of the “Trade Fairs Made in Germany” campaign, which has been relaunched this year. AUMA initiated this marketing campaign to increase global awareness of international trade shows in Germany. Activities include the multilingual “German trade fairs – marketplaces of the world” series of posters and adverts and a 2.30 minute film that was released at the beginning of this year. AUMA is currently advertising on intercontinental Lufthansa flights in the on-board magazine and with an abridged version of the film “Trade Fairs Made in Germany – Made for you”.
