German Trade Fair Library

The German Trade Fair Library, which is part of the Institute of the German Trade Fair Industry, is open to the public. With around 9,800 publications, it is the largest collection of literature in Germany in the field of trade fairs, conferences and events. It is located in Berlin. Every year we welcome up to 300 visitors, lend more than 500 works and handle more than 600 research requests.

The library is available to everyone free of charge – both on-site and via the online catalogue. We collect and archive technical and specialised literature, industry-specific journals and articles, research works, works on the history of the trade fair industry, trade fair catalogues in Germany and of course all the AUMA publications. The German Trade Fair Library is an established resource for research conducted by professors, lecturers and students as well as by business managers.

We support your research on-site, by phone or by e-mail by identifying and lending works – and also we offer expert advice, copying services and online work stations.
