Free trade is the main factor
On the first common event of AUMA and EEIA on 1 March 2017 in Brussels, the “Exhibition Industry EU Dialogue”, all speakers attached a common commitment to free trade. 50 participants from all over Europe followed the invitation.

International and national exhibitions in Germany posted exceptionally good overall results in 2016.
Budgets increase slightly
Services companies intend to increase their exhibition budgets by an above-average 4.7 %. The average German exhibiting company intends to spend around €285,000 on exhibitions in 2017 and 2018.
